INSPIRED: VISION BOARD & SOUND HEALING WORKSHOP
Join Savannah from Ethereal Sound & Wellness for an artsy & soul inspiring workshop focused on visualizing, creating, & beginning to manifest our goals & desires. Are you needing a little inspiration? Come explore & connect with others who are ready for transformation & taking steps forward with inspired action.

In this 2.5 hour workshop we will begin with an intentional sound bath experience designed to release what no longer serves us while inviting in the new. When we apply positive intention to our thoughts and visualizations, we can begin to create change in our lives. Next, we will create our vision boards, by placing our dreams down in a physical form, we can begin to plant the seeds necessary for us to grow.

What we provide:
Tea, fruit & light snacks (gluten free/vegan/soy free options) will be provided to enjoy during the vision board making process. All art materials will be supplied, but feel free to bring any additional magazines, images, or quotes you’d like to add.

What to bring:
-A journal (if you have one) paper will be provided in substitution
-A blanket or two to be cozy, a pillow, (extra pillow if you experience low back pain lying on the floor), yoga mat if you have one, and please dress in layers so you can be comfortable.
-Bottle of water
-Openness to the experience

-Bring a friend if you want to share this experience with someone!

This year I became a mom and it’s been the greatest blessing. I’ve been hoping for months to write a bit about Milly’s birth story but as any mom knows, time is fleeting and I’ve been soaking up every minute of our time together. From running my business, and pouring my heart and soul into my baby, it’s been a bit difficult to stay caught up on things. I realize I’m always behind on something, but I’ve learned to be okay with this because the time we have is so precious. Much more precious than anything else. Thank you for all the support from friends, family, clients, and my wonderful partner in the most challenging but rewarding year of my life. Cheers 🥂 to the next!

My baby is almost 8 months and this postpartum period has been full of joy, sorrow, and everything in between. I was so blessed to get this beautiful package from Molly @mama_deer_birth_services when she encapsulated my placenta. I’m so happy I decided to give encapsulation a try. It might not be for everyone but it was so supportive to me in my postpartum journey. The care that Molly puts into this shines through in the products and presentation. Placenta Encapsulation is the practice of taking a raw placenta, steaming, dehydrating, turning into powder, and placing into capsules for consumption. The practice is based off of traditional Chinese medicine.

Most of the data we have about placental consumption in humans is anecdotal at this point, but some of the possible benefits include:
