Upcoming Retreats

Why a retreat?

Retreats offer the perfect chance to step away from our hectic day-to-day lives and provide an opportunity for us to turn inward, listen to our intuition & slow down. This is a time to make connections with others, and dive deeper into mind, body, and soul healing. When we gather together in our community it truly exemplifies healing and positive energy that continues in our lives, long after the retreat ends.

The Details

Unplug with us at the Roundhouse Yurt, at Paca Pride Guest Ranch. Nestled in the foothills of the North Cascades in Granite Falls, Washington. Enjoy this natural setting with mountain views, surrounded by forest off the Mountain Loop Highway. We will spend time inside the yurt as well in nature.

This retreat will focus on opening our heart space through our Cacao circle, connecting with the rhythm of the earth through grounded earthing meditation, movement practice, and a restorative sound healing session to seal our time together. We hope you will join us to make meaningful connections with community, dive into self through grounding & heart expansion, and feel the power of sound as it guides us into a restorative & revitalized state. During our gathering & final circles, we offer opportunities to share whats on your heart, or what you've taken from the experience (sharing is not required, but optional).

Movement practice will be accessible to all levels. There is no cell service at Paca, which means it is the perfect time to be completely present in the moment.  Leave this day with a nervous system reset, feeling lighter, and connected to your heart space.
