Join us on the lawn at Rosehill Community Center on the autumn equinox for focused breath, connecting with the community, and a lovely sunset sound bath.

About the event
We are happy to offer this gift to the community in which we serve. Join us outside as we gather for gentle breath practices, simple movement to guide release of stressful energy, drawing in the nourishing energies of nature all around us. For the final hour, rest in a state of full relaxation with the soothing sound of gongs, chimes, and singing bowls for a full body immersive sound bath.

Please arrive no later than 6:10pm. We will be located outside on the lawn at Rosehill with a beautiful view of the water.
