We are happy to offer this gift to the community in which we serve. Join us outside as we gather for gentle breath practices, simple movement to guide release of stressful energy, drawing in the nourishing energies of nature all around us. For the final hour, rest in a state of full relaxation with the soothing sound of gongs, chimes, and singing bowls for a full body immersive sound bath.

6:00pm - Arrival time

6:15pm - Breath + movement

7:00pm - Sound bath

8:00pm - Closing

Please arrive no later than 6:10pm. We will be located outside on the lawn at Rosehill with a beautiful view of the water.

What to bring:

Blanket, pillow, water, and whatever you need to feel comfortable outside on the grass. You may want to dress in layers as it could become chilly at dusk. Please dress comfortably, we recommend clothing that allows movement & isn't too constricting.
