A sound bath is a deeply immersive and relaxing experience. As you enter a tranquil space, the soft flickering candlelight creates a soothing ambiance. You'll be invited to lay down or sit comfortably while the practitioner plays crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes.

As the bowls are struck or rubbed with a mallet, they produce resonant, harmonic tones that wash over you like gentle waves. The vibrations from the crystal bowls permeate your body, creating a sense of calm and balance. It's a meditative journey where you can let go of stress and tension, allowing the soothing sounds and candlelight to guide you into a state of profound relaxation and inner peace.

What to bring:

Yoga mat, Blanket, 1-2 pillows for your head and under knees, water, dress cozy in layers, openness to the experience, and bring whatever you need to feel comfortable and cozy lying or sitting on the floor.
