Candlelit Sound Bath

Join us for a candlelit sound bath as you delight in the sounds of crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, gongs, & other instruments to guide you into a relaxed state. Enjoy the ambiance of candlelight as we focus inward on self-care, through deepening relaxation techniques & connecting to breath. Come disconnect, breathe, and reconnect. We can’t wait to see what benefits sound healing can provide you.

Please bring: Blanket, yoga mat (or extra blanket), pillow (Extra pillow or bolster for under knees can support your lower back), water, openness to the experience, eye mask (optional). Whatever you need to make a cozy space for yourself as we will be lying on the floor. We do not provide these items, so please bring what you need to be comfortable.
