Join us for a relaxing and restorative evening of sound healing in a peaceful community setting. This monthly sound bath is designed to help you unwind, reset and connect inward through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other healing instruments.

Whether you're new to the sound healing or a seasoned participant, this session is open to all levels and offers a gentle yet powerful way to reduce stress and promote emotional well-being.

Note: Doors will close and class will begin PROMPTLY at 6:30pm to ensure the integrity of the experience, so attendees should plan on arriving 10-15 minutes early. We do not allow late entry and the door will be closed. Location: Meadowdale Clubhouse.
