Why a retreat?
Retreats offer the perfect chance to step away from our hectic day-to-day lives and provide an opportunity for us to turn inward, listen to our intuition & slow down. This is a time to make connections with others, and dive deeper into mind, body, and soul healing. When we gather together in our community it truly exemplifies healing and positive energy that continues in our lives, long after the retreat ends.
This retreat will focus on opening our heart space through our Cacao circle, connecting with the rhythm of the earth through grounded earthing meditation, movement practice, and a restorative sound healing session to seal our time together.
