Delight in the sounds of crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, and gongs. This sound bath will focus on releasing old energy, relaxing, & leaving with a feeling of a renewed sense of self & vitality. The doors open at 6:10 and the event starts promptly at 6:30 so please don't be late!

What to bring:

- Yoga mat &/or blanket - Or feel the heartbeat of the earth & lay directly on the ground

- 1 or 2 pillows/bolsters (especially good for low back pain)

- Water

- Openness to the experience

- Bug spray, it's at dusk and outdoors

What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a guided sound experience where participants comfortably lie (or sit) on the floor with their eyes closed to obtain a relaxed state. A sound session or "sound bath" is referred to as such, because of the feeling of being bathed by sound....an experience that you must feel to truly believe. The session includes breathwork & listening to a variety of instruments in which frequencies assist the body in activating the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest). Once in this relaxed state, our parasympathetic nervous system naturally decreases blood pressure, slows breathing, & focuses on internal healing processes.
