During this sound bath, you will be fully immersed in the sounds of crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, and gongs while you sit or lie peacefully on the floor. The sound bath will focus on relaxation and restoration to guide you into a restful state where your parasympathetic nervous system can be activated. It is in this state of being that healing can begin from the inside out. We can’t wait to hold space for you.

Doors open at 5:15 pm and close promptly at 5:30pm. In order to keep the integrity of the event, we do not allow late entry. Parking can be a bit tight in Snohomish so please give yourself time to find parking and carpool when possible.

What to bring:

-Water

-Yoga mat (don’t worry if you forget yours we have a few extra on hand)

-A pillow or 2, great for low back support

-A blanket

We do have extra mats, blankets, and cushions on hand for almost everyone so if you forget yours or do not have them, please know that we got you!
