About the event

A restorative sound bath is a therapeutic practice that involves immersing oneself in soothing sounds, often created by instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. It's intended to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore a sense of balance and well-being through the healing vibrations of sound. During a sound bath, participants typically lie down, close their eyes, and focus on the sounds, allowing them to unwind and experience a deep sense of calm.
