It's intended to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore a sense of balance and well-being through the healing vibrations of sound. During a sound bath, participants typically lie down, close their eyes, and focus on the sounds, allowing them to unwind and experience a deep sense of calm.

Please note: Doors close PROMPTLY at the start time. We cannot allow late entry. Please arrive 10 minutes early to find parking and get settled. Thank you for understanding.

What to bring:

Yoga mat, Blanket, 1-2 pillows for your head and under knees, water, dress cozy in layers, openness to the experience, and bring whatever you need to feel comfortable and cozy lying or sitting on the floor.
