What to bring:

- This sound bath will have reclining chairs for each individual, but please make sure to bring a blanket or small pillow to keep warm, and a yoga mat if you would rather lie on the floor. 

- Openness to the experience

-A bottle of water

Doors will close promptly at the scheduled start time. Please be there at least 5 minutes early to settle in. A bathroom is available onsite. What is sound therapy?

Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses healing vibrations from a variety of instruments, including, but not limited to gongs, chimes, & Tibetan, or crystal bowls to relax your mind & body and guide you into a relaxed brain state (alpha/theta). It aids the body in reaching homeostasis where the physical body can focus on healing from the inside-out. A sound session or "sound bath" is referred to as such, because of the feeling of being bathed by sound....an experience that you must feel to truly believe.
