During this sound bath, you will be fully immersed in the sounds of crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, and gongs while you sit or lie peacefully on the floor. The sound bath will focus on relaxation and restoration to guide you into a restful state where your parasympathetic nervous system can be activated. It is in this state of being that healing can begin from the inside out. We can’t wait to hold space for you and help you prepare for the holidays ahead by finding a sense of peace in mind, body, & spirit.

Doors open at 5:45 pm and close promptly at 6:00 pm. In order to keep the integrity of the event, we do not allow late entry. Parking is on-site at Bakerview Park next to the Vaux Retreat Center. Wheelchair access is available through the main door.
