During this sound bath, you will be fully immersed in the sounds of crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, and gongs while you sit or lie peacefully on the floor. The sound bath will focus on relaxation and restoration to guide you into a restful state where your parasympathetic nervous system can be activated. It is in this state of being that healing can begin from the inside out. We can’t wait to hold space for you and help you prepare for the holidays ahead by finding a sense of peace in mind, body, & spirit.

Doors open at 5:45 pm and close promptly at 6:00 pm. In order to keep the integrity of the event, we do not allow late entry. Parking is on-site at Bakerview Park next to the Vaux Retreat Center. Wheelchair access is available through the main door.

What to bring:

Please bring the following so that you can be comfortable.

-Water

-A pillow or 2, great for low back support

-Yoga Mat

-Blanket

Our cancellation policy: No refunds within 7 days of the event. Tickets are non-transferable between events. We appreciate your understanding and acceptance of this cancellation policy. Beyond that, all ticket sales within the 7-day window are final sale. You may gift your ticket to another by alerting us at etherealsoundwellness@gmail.com

If for some reason there is a significant amount of snow that impairs driving, we will cancel the event & give notice via email. If this happens, we will refund your ticket price or offer a credit to the rescheduled event.
