Doors open at 5:45 pm and close promptly at 6:00 pm. In order to keep the integrity of the event, we do not allow late entry. Parking is on-site at Hillcrest Park and the recreation room is right next to the parking lot.

What to bring:

Please bring the following so that you can be comfortable.

-Water

-A pillow or 2, great for low back support

-Yoga Mat

-Blanket

Our cancellation policy: No refunds within 7 days of the event. Tickets are non-transferable between events. We appreciate your understanding and acceptance of this cancellation policy. Beyond that, all ticket sales within the 7-day window are final sale. You may gift your ticket to another by alerting us at etherealsoundwellness@gmail.com

If for some reason there is a significant amount of snow that impairs driving, we will cancel the event & give notice via email. If this happens, we will refund your ticket price or offer a credit to the rescheduled event.
