Note: Doors will close, and class will begin PROMPTLY at the start time to ensure the integrity of the experience, so attendees should plan to arrive 10 minutes early. We do not allow late entry.

Please bring: Blanket, yoga mat (or extra blanket), pillow (Extra pillow or bolster for under knees can support your lower back), water, openness to the experience, eye mask (optional).

What is a Sound Bath? A sound bath is an immersive experience where participants typically sit or lie comfortably on the floor with their eyes closed while being bathed in the overlapping vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, and a variety of other instruments.

Sound baths can help relax, restore, and help participants relieve stress. This class can be experienced with a group of friends, loved ones or independently.
