What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is an immersive experience where participants typically sit or lie comfortably on the floor with their eyes closed while being bathed in the overlapping vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, and a variety of other instruments. Open to ages 13+ (younger on a case-by-case basis) Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire.
Sound baths can help relax, restore, and help participants relieve stress. This class can be experienced with a group of friends, loved ones, or independently.
