Starry Night Sound Bath™

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of singing bowls and gongs, all while enjoying the ambiance of a starry night with our galaxy projector. During this full body listening experience you will hear and feel the sound waves as they flow throughout the room and guide your mind into a deeply restful state. The power of sound can help us achieve tranquility in mind, body, and spirit. Come relax, unwind, and simply enjoy this uniquely powerful experience. Please Bring: Blanket, yoga mat or extra blanket to lie/sit on, pillow (1-2, an extra pillow or bolster for under knees can support your lower back), water, openness to the experience, eye mask (optional), and whatever you need to make a cozy space for yourself as we will be lying on the floor. None of these items will be provided, so please bring what you need to be comfortable.

Note: Doors will close, and class will begin PROMPTLY at 7pm, to ensure the integrity of the experience. Attendees should plan to arrive 10 minutes early; we do not allow late entry or refunds/credits for missing class. Free parking is on site at Hillcrest Park, and the recreation building is located to the left of the public restrooms that are to the right when you enter the parking lot. 

Cancellation/credit/transfer policy:By registering for this class, you agree to the following: no refunds/transfers or credits within 7 days of the class but you may gift your ticket to another participant. Refund requests must be received in writing; email is accepted. A full refund less the $10 withdrawal fee will be refunded is a participant requests a refund a minimum of (7) days before the program is scheduled to begin, unless otherwise noted in the program description. Staff confirmation of withdrawal is required. The $10 withdrawal fee is assessed per registrant per program. Refunds are not granted for “no shows” or late arrivals. Please allow up to three week of the processing of any refunds.
