About the event
We will start with the Six Deep Breaths and learn the perfect breath to ground us and help get us into the right headspace.
Then we will do a short Breathwork session that will take you into the subconscious mind. This will be followed by a guided sound experience designed to help you relax, assist the body in activating the parasympathetic nervous system, decrease blood pressure, and activate healing frequencies.
Find yourself a cozy space & join us for some vibrational healing. For the best possible experience, stereo headphones are best but earbuds will work as well.
Event will take place on zoom from 7:00pm - 9:00pm CST. 5 pm -7 pm PST
