My newest creation❤️ A sweet blend of arnica, valerian, motherwort, raspberry leaf, clary sage, hypericum, yarrow, bleeding heart, ginger and candelilla wax.
I made this specifically for help with period cramps. Topped with lovely rose quartz for self-love and feminine energy. I couldn’t be more proud of this formulation. Vegan.

Rose quartz is is a stone of the heart, a crystal of unconditional love. It carries a soft feminine energy of compassion and peace, tenderness and healing, nourishment and comfort. 
 
After testing a small area on the skin, apply generously to lower abdomen and low back. Place hot water bottle or heat pack over the area for added benefit. Wash hands after application as ginger can burn the eyes. EXTERNAL USE ONLY.
